1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (thermostat 6).
2. Season the ribs with salt and pepper and place them in a buttered baking dish. 3. In a bowl, combine the butter, chopped rosemary, honey, garlic, and Dijon mustard. To melt the butter, microwave it for 30 seconds.
Spread half of the honey-mustard mixture on the ribs. Turn them over and spread the rest of the mixture evenly.
