Hozzávalók:

- 6 dkg olvasztott vaj
- 5 dkg cukor
- 5 tojássárgája
- 3 dkg élesztő
- 2,5–3 dl zsíros tej
- csipet só
- 1 citrom héja
- 2 cent rum
- 1 liter olaj (a sütéshez)
